Abstract:Clinical thinking is a necessary ability for medical students to grow into excellent doctors, and the learning stage of diagnostics is the key period to cultivate clinical thinking of medical students. At present, the domestic colleges and universities have carried out the teaching discussion with the cultivation of clinical thinking as the core for symptomatology, physical examination and experimental teaching in diagnostics, but there is still a lack of systematic and complete training of clinical thinking ability. Therefore, combined with the actual teaching situation of diagnostics in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, this paper proposes to construct a clinical thinking course when the teaching task of diagnostics is completed, and expounds the specific ideas and methods of the course construction, so as to comprehensively improve the clinical thinking ability of medical students.
