Abstract：With the introduction to the concept of precision medicine, the concept of precise diagnosis has gradually entered the public′s field of vision. The role of precise diagnosis in the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of hematological malignancies has become increasingly prominent. The diagnosis of hematological malignancies has changed from a diagnosis system based on morphology in the past to an individualized diagnosis centered on precise molecular diagnosis, and hematological malignancies have entered an era of precise diagnosis. The precise diagnosis of hematological malignancies should be explained during the teaching process of the hematologyoncology theory course. This will not only make the course explanation more scientific and logical, but will also stimulate students′ learning interests and increase teaching effectiveness.
