Strategies of prevention and treatment on traumatic infection under special environment

Abstract：China has a vast territory and diverse terrain. The environment of future combat and disaster rescue is complex. Effective war trauma prevention strategies must be combined with special circumstances. Infection control is an important part of war wound treatment technology, closely related to the prognosis and outcome of the wounded. The susceptibility and pathologic course of infection in patients with different environmental war trauma are different, the common prevention and control strategies must be adjusted accordingly. Combined with literature research and our preliminary work, we analyzed the strategies of prevention and treatment on combat-related infection in plateau, underwater, hot and humid environments.
