Abstract:With the usage of advanced techniques in emergency treatment and efficient drugs, the level of trauma care has been improved obviously. The immediate and early mortality is declined in this decade. However, the emerging data from evidencebased medicine show that the outcome of traumatic condition and the treatment of traumatic complications constitute the main challenges in the international medical circles.Actually, although the experience and universality for the patterns of trauma treatment is valuable for the routine diagnoses and treatments of injured patients, the highly differentiated features of traumatic condition and outcome result in the missing of unified criteria owing to the limitation of social and environmental factors. Thus,we should remain to absorb new paradigm shifting in the diagnosis and treatment patterns of trauma. The concept of precision medicine open up a new visual angle for traumatology. It may further deepen and expand our knowledge of traumatic conditions and individualized new diagnostics and therapeutics in trauma. In the era of translational medicine,it is of great importance to absorb the new ideas of basic research for the precision and individualization in the diagnosis and treatment in traumatology. From the stratification of clinical thoughts,we urgently need to extend and improve our thoughts of diagnosis and treatment options concerning the circles of theory, practice and theory. It is undoubtedly valuable for the improvement of diagnosis and treatment of trauma as well as the rehabilitation and regression towards our society for trauma patients.
